For cash payments, the deposit is returned immediately upon the end of the reservation and the return of the car. For credit card or bank transfer payments, it may take up to a week for the refund process to be completed.

To modify or cancel the reservation, you can log in to your account through the available application and either cancel the reservation or select a new date for the reservation, following the relevant steps. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service to assist with the process.
